On September 27th we're taking the session outside. Experience a fully immersive 9D breathwork journey designed to clear out whatever you've been carrying emotionally, physically, mentally, and bring you back to your inner strength.

This is an in-person group session, headphones are provided. All you need to do is show up and breathe. Please bring your own yoga mat or towel to lay on, and a blanket or sweater in case you get cold.
