A 9D Breathwork Journey in the park
On June 7th we're taking the session outside. Experience a fully immersive 9D breathwork journey designed to clear out whatever you've been carrying emotionally, physically, mentally, and bring you back to your inner strength.
This is an in-person group session, headphones provided. All you need to do is show up and breathe. Feel free to bring a swimsuit to enjoy the beach and the sunset after the session!
The 9D Experience
The breath builds through an activation phase that moves energy and releases what the body has been holding onto, tension, stress, the general weight of a full life. Then it shifts into a deeper, more restorative phase where everything settles and you come back to yourself feeling clear, grounded, and genuinely lighter.
