Cancellation Policy

Sessions may be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge up to 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice will result in the 50% of the session fee being charged. No-shows will be charged the full session fee. We understand that emergencies happen—please reach out to us directly if you experience a medical emergency or family crisis and we'll work with you on a case-by-case basis.
